HP/COMPAQ (LAPTOP -620)
DEFECT IN NEW LAPTOP (TOUCH NOT WORKING)

Dear sir,

I am MD.REYAZUDDIN, very sorry to inform you that hp's is just remain a name not a good product from HP/COMPAQ... I have purchased a HP Compaq Laptop (620) From UNITEL Asansol, Westbengal, (INDIA). on DATED 10-05.2010.and the sme day Touch pad not functiooning properly. i have press hardly. and also the card reader is not working. I dont know what to do. within same day how this problem coming in laptops. in india all laptops brands having hardware/ software problems. i dont know but sombody has look over this. In this way I within next day I had to send my laptop to the service center.
