DVD Problem

Under Warrantee Within 1 Year Company not responding.

In April I purchased a Compaq Laptop in Allahabad. A few Days ago the Flap of the DVD Drive is cameout. I went to Service Center and told about that.

They examined and told that the Lock of your DVD drive is broken and it is not under warrantee. The flip came out is intact, And DVD is working. how the lock is broken. (lock is hook to catch the flap as they told).

I cantacted every where even CEO of the comapny, nothing is happening.

I even putup the case in their forum

but No one is answring.

I got some mailed for forcing me to goto TRADE i.e. purchase a new DVD Drive within warrantee..

What a situation.

Now I am regretting to purchase Compaq Laptop such expensive. I could have purchaed some local of some other company.
