WARRANTY

I have Hp nc6400 laptop its serial no cnd7161wd9 which is under warranty, one keyboard key is misplaced without any physical damage which is cover under warranty, So, please replace the above key under warranty. The laptop is at your service centre RT, opp. Park Plaza, Ludhiana, ph no 4698403 and case no 10258, dated 03-03, They says that your product is not cover under warranty so, what's the use of warranty?
