Company demanding the dealer's purchase bill

I am Puneet,
i have purchased a laptop COMPAQ CQ60 104-TU from Next electronics (Vikas puri New Delhi outlet) bearing s/n 2CE8350LZN as on 29th of june as per as the warranty it is been provided by the manufacturer for one year. on the 27th of may i found that my ac adapter is not working so i contacted the hp customer support on 28th regarding the same problem they said that my laptop is not under warranty as per as their records but they asked me to go to the service center at kirti nagar and show the bill and they will resolve my problem. so i did the same on the same day but when i reached the service centre the lady sitting on the help desk said that they need customer purchase bill (bill provided by me by the dealer) and also the dealers purchase bill (provided by compaq to next) and they said that we are not able to provide you this demand in written. so on the same day i contacted next and they said that they are not able to provide the bill on the same day so i must wait for 2-3 days but i have not recived the same as on 03rd of june only 26 days of my warranty is been left tell me what to do hp is not doing anything next is only giving me dates...
