Egarding changing of dvd drive

My name is alok kumar .i have given my laptop for changing of optical dvd devise on 18 th of december. they have given me case number kno698, when i asked for my laptop thay said that they r giving me within couple of days, now it has been 17 days that i am waiting or my laptop. now i have complained for the issu they have giveh me the case id 4608115117, all beacause i am suffering losses.please favour me or otherwise i will hav to move CXUNSUMER PROTECTIOM FORUM for legal action
