Three in one printer grift not recived till april

I have send dd of Rs-999/ in march, for three in one printer to chandigarh .ref file no-106229 given by you.now approx. 09 month passed.so many time different req. given by you, every time you give me assurance regarding fast service.but iam sorry to say, your service is too too too bad, your staff member are not working propely.in 09 month i talk on phone no-0172-6614400, to madem shikha, mrs ankit, etc they have not giving proper response.if you have not given me my grift in 10 days than i am contact in consumer court then you all totally responsible for your and my inconvience.sir it is kindly requested you pl .solved my problem earliest, so that your good market value maintain.thanks
