I saw this attractive product online & requested a demo from the site. i got a call the next morning & the caller (mr raghav) assured that there ws no demo service available in calcutta (kolkata) but the product is as good as it looks on the website & TV (homeshop18). he assured delivery within 3 days at my doorstep after effecting the payment.

so i ordered the product around the midnight of 22nd/23rd. order no. 33412

i called the next morning to confirm the order & ws assured delivery on saturday (25/06)

after that everytime i call, either no one recieves the call or assures the delivery that very day & that in 5 minutes will confirm the exact time, but it never happens.

till date the product is not delivered.

today i realised the call goes to their call centre & not the company. the call centre guys do not even have any idea of what happens after the order is confirmed.

where can one go or call to know the status?

i want to cancel the order if i can catch hold of someone in the company
