Hp service center are not solving my problem

Dear sir/ madam

i vivek kumar tiwari submitted my laptop which p/n no.-GJ175PA#ACJ and s/n no.-2CE7343G1S in HP service center in lucknow on 24 October for changing bluetooth hardware but when i received my laptop then i notice that a lot of new problems arise, when i call regarding this in customer care, they always give me a case id no. But not help me to resolve my laptop problem..& I went a lot of time to service center but they always give me a wrong information regarding laptop, & also they misguide me..Finally i find that they have disturb my laptop motherboard...& they are also not correct my laptop..

Today once again I went to service center, But they did not accepted their fault, and also give wrong information and try to misguide us... since 24 October my laptop is always in service center..Due to this my study is worstly affected..

Sir, I live in Delhi and after each 5-7 days, I have to come Lucknow for my laptop, But in return they give me another date only. During last 64 days i waste a lot of time and money.

Please take it in your account & help me to solve problem... I will highly obliged to you...
