Attery problem

I faced two problems:

1. While my lap in warrenty period, i changed 4 batteries bcoz of not charging properly and back up problem

2.now my 4th battery also lately charging and strucking in between while charging, i ask to hp service thy replyed me we r helpless (main thing is my lap is getting charge only in hp service not at any another place even my home) so if this issue is not get clear definitly i'll go to consumer court ..i
