Dissapointment for hp services

My name is murtaza makra and my reference id number is 4607438376 and i have given my hp laptop for the screen problem to nagpur service center THE BUSINESS ALGOPRITHURM P.V.T L.T.D.and they have provided you snap shots twice or thrice but in spite your focal department has not given a proper answer i have to bring my laptop back to my place and i am very much disappointed with your service's i will never ever purchase any of hp product's nor i will suggest anybody for hp. hp service's is worst.
