Misleading Customer with Introducory cartridges

This is a complain regarding HP F4288 3 in 1 DeskJet. This printer company is deliberately misleading the customer with its product. When you buy a printer, after you pay the complete amount you expect the product to come with everything that is required for normal functioning of the product. But that is not the case with the HP 3 in 1 deskjet. The printer comes only with the introdutory cartridges and neither the company nor the salespeople telll you upfront that your cartridges are introductory and will only last for a couple of days.

You will start facing a problem right after a few days and after somehow taking printouts when you will contact the HP support they will happily tell you that you need to shell out extra 1600 Rs to get the cartridges replaced. Had they informed the customer initially, the customer might have had a second thought regarding the product. This is a straight case of cheating the customer by not providing adequate information regarding the product.
