This is to inform you that the recovery option in my laptop has been deleted. When I approached the Distributor M/s SHAMROCK SYSTEMS, # 3/39, S.V. Patel Salai, Pondicherry - 605 001, they told me that they do not have any such recovery cd with them and informed me to contact you in this regard. Since the you are the authorised manufacturer of the above product, i.e. laptop, I request you to immediately send me the recovery cd and arrange to install the same in my laptop through the local dealer.
