Gaming problem hanging issue

I have buyed hp G-62 361 TX with i3 processor M370@ 2.70 Ghz

3 gb ram, 1gb graphic card, 320 gb hard disk

whenever i play any game the alptop starts hanging and i m unable to play game properly

i have win 7 ultimate

when i close the game my laptop becomes normal

plz help...
