Poor Product and Service by HP

I have a HP 550 series Notebook in warranty period (till 29th April). I gave my laptop for servicing at hpService Center above bhagwan store zanda chowk gandhidham kutch on 11th of december as its Display and card reader not working properly nootbook hanging in shutdown automaticaly im very disappointing of service and product of hp pls do for me as soon of this mater ohter wise i m go to cunsumer cort
