Not replacing battery in warranty

I puchased a HP Pavilion laptop product no. DV6-1211AX-VH914PA on Date: 24/09 with one year warranty. I found my Laptop Battery is not working properly, it's backup is low, So I register a complain To my nearest HP service center. Address:-

RT outsourcing services limited. 5A/18-A, bunglow plot raiway rod sec-5 Faridabad. on 09/09.

They did not resolved my complain, so look into my matter and resolve my problem as soon as possible.
