Bad after sale Service

This is to inform that my HP Compaq notebook whos speaker had malfunctioned has not been rectified since Oct 14 till date. They dont provide any information about the progress of repairing and keep on post-ponding the date for repairing the pc.

Please help me getting my pc fixed, I have wasted more than Rs.50 in calling them, Rs.100 in traveling to their service centre (4 times) and lots of valuable hours (2.5 hr per trip).
