Faulty motherboard

I am 4th year student of MIT manipal.i was provided by the university with a HP6515b laptop.my motherboard crashed and i gave my laptop for repair at the HP service centre (manipal). But instead of replacing a new motherboard, they put on a faulty motherboard in my laptop .just after 1 week, my motherboard crashed crashed again.i request a quick response to my complaint.
