Bad Quality of Product

Purchase a new HP Laptop- 430, at 25th August. Even one year not completed yet in my laptop i am facing many problems. like white dots on display screen. and Touch pad color scratched automatically and on laptop body paint is also not good its scratching automatically. Please suggest how can i solve this problem. I was very happy when i got HP in my use but now when i am facing these all problems with me. I am really not happy with HP.
