Hi,

I would like to draw your attention for faulty stock of HP Laptop.

I had purchase one HP Laptop along with my Friend. Detail of HP Laptop are as follow-

Shop from where we had purchase –

Cost of Laptop: Rs.50000.00

After 7 to 8Month of its use I found some noise line lower side of my Laptop LCD Screen. I thought it is some thingh which can be neglect. But day by day it go on increasing & it cover my hole screen. In mean time I had gone out station for some of my official work. I complained it to shop on 10.09.10, but he says your laptop is out of warranty so we could not do any thing you have to replace you LCD screen. Because of my urgency I had changed it by new one.

My question is that HP like world class company, how such type of fault could come in Laptop. Is laptop are purchase for 1year?

Is Shop person can behave like this?

If it is so I will prefer people should not go for HP laptop. I am thinking that it may happen some time but I surprise my friend Mr. Sachin who had also purchase same laptop along with me he has facing same proble from 05.09.11 onword. Thats why I mail to you, It is HP mistake by which we are in trouble & loosing our money to replace LCD screen.

May be it is very late to mail you…

But you see the matter why It happen. And If possible, please change my Laptop by new one our replace our LCD Screen with original one.

I hope you will take-up this issue positively & customer supportive outcome will come.
