Laptop tampared and parts missing

We had given a laptop to mr.krsihna rao of redington hyderabad 1 month back, initially they promised to fix it for rs.5000.00, and promised to complete the work in week, after 1 month he said they could not fix it and i need to pay rs.12000.00 and they returned the laptop, when we took the laptop back we found internal components missing, we called mr.krishna rao, he asked " us to go to hell " and he will not do anything and if it was his wish " he would have broken the laptop into two parts and given it to us"
is this the kind of service rendered and customers threatened.
is redington full of people like mr.krishna rao"???
