Egarding offer product

Dear sir,

with due respect, I have to say that i have not received my offer product. I received a letter on 12.01.2010 at 4 o'clock. In this letter you have informed that dd number is incomplete, i met with the B.M of the syndicate bank.he said there is no need of the dd no.for bank purpose, they have not provided this dd to the bank.

resending date limit is 12 oct.what is the solution of this problem.
