Since day one of purchase of laptops i am crying out litterly...

mini laptop damaged. Initially bad sound was coming out of it with kind of sparking on screen and now window is corrupted. Unfortunately this laptop was also of HP.Please find below the details of the laptop :

nternet applicationis not working on the laptop repaired by your services network. Driver for both applications are not been installed. After trying lots of time still the problem is there
