Ecovery cd is not working

I have purchase hp laptop in last october. it is now warranty period. in some problem my register window7 is currupted. when i reinstall the window then recovery cd is not work. when i contact hp customer and complain in 26may. they only say cd is not available. i will contact you. please tell me what can i do.
