i had purchased a hp laptop in 2010 DEC from croma electronics Bangalore (modelxt818pa product name hp g 62-363tx, serial no cnf038bs85). it had a battery back up problem for which i submitted to maha electronics calicut id no 151011-003 on 15/10 which was well within warranty period, now 3 months after lodging complaint no trace of my lap top is found i had called maha electronics at least 10 times and also forwarded a copy of purchase bill .2 months later i called up customer cell of hp and they said it could not be processed .later after repeated efforts they said they have reopened the complaint and my request will be processed soon .its already 1 month now still they haven't done any thing to this regard i called about 10 times in last 2 weeks and they gave my a new case id (4637347195).till no word has been heard though they do ask your phone no and will assure that they will call up . i also has forwarded invoice no as per request to maha electronics as well as to hp customer care pl advise me for further action
