Much Problems in laptop

Respected Sir,

Sir i am Chunky Dawani request you that please take some legal against HP company. Sir i was purchase laptop on 3rd September. Sir within 7 months there are lots of problems in my laptop. Sir there are like Keypad Problem, Volume Problem, USB Problem, Battery Problem, Lost Body Color etc. sir i already give my laptops 2 times in service center. but they cant make my laptop properly. the problems are continue till now. i already sent mail to India's HP customer relationship manager Mr. Mohammed Rafiq. He talked with me in vulgar language. Sir i talked normally. Sir my laptop is under warranty but company cant give me a positive reply. so sir i request you please give me a solution as soon as possible.
