I Shashank gupta buy laptop on 1 sep 2010 hp model number (dv42126tx) and serial number (INA02205C5) laptop, on that i check all those settings and all its OK, but on second day the touch pad hardware problem occurs, the retailer told me you have to go service center agra, at that service center, they told me its software problem, you have to leave laptop for 7 days, after that the problem will occur again they told me leave it for 7 days again, it happen 8 times till now, i am suffering that problem as same as it, i complain many times they told me its software problem we cant solve that, now i fire complain online but they told me your laptop is out of warranty you need extent your warranty, as company Nome's they provide 1 year warranty on that.plz help me i am woking person and lots of woks to do, i have all the recipt and bill. Hope you help me and solve my problem
