HP Laptop G42 - 355TU
HP Service Centre not responding to our complaint

Sir, since one week my laptop not working properly, so i contact to hp service centre. They said that payment of Rs 1400 by credit card for recovery disk should be done. I am agree to pay this payment, but since 5 to 6 days customer service not giving reply and not order the recovery disk till today.

My laptop contain very imp documents and projects but hp service centre delay the order of recovery disk
