i just want to say you that my lappy is giving hardware default .3 month ago its hinge got damaged due to manufacturing default.one month ago its speaker stopped working.again one speaker is not working now.i am not happy with hp laptop at all.laptop default disturb my all work as i am a engineering student and it is my major source of study and research.even my lappy is under warranty.i want that either check my lappy completely or change my lappy.i am not free to go to hp care center after some time.i want your immediate response otherwise i have to go to register complaint in consumer court.
