HP / M2727nf Multifunction Laserjet Printer
Multiple scanning not done

I have sold HP M2727nf MFP Laserjet Printer to M/s. TUV India Pvt. Ltd. wide invoice no. AC/07/201 dt.12/07. The product S/N. is CNG8B59S19 .The printer has been installed properly but the Multiple Scanning task is not working. After putting pages in ADF and give the command for multiple scan, it scans one page only then it stops scaning.

As a fact it is under warranty and just 15-20 days older sale, my customer company M/s. TUV India Pvt. Limited wants immediate replacement of the product.
