Sir i have purchased a notebook of hp from a dealer of my city sultanpur. I have bought that by seeing an advertisement in newspaper he given me the notebook more than written in advertisement. And in that it was written that it has been loaded with windows 7 but dealer gave me windows xp. And some keys of notebook are not working he is not giving any heed. It is also having a warranty of 1 yea
