Non reddressal of my complaint

I had deposited my HP mouse (covered under warranty) to one of the service centres of HP care on 13 September the redemption period they said of 7 to 10 days, But till (30 Oct) i havn't received any confirmation, I am getting vague replies from the Service Centre Emplyees,
