HP laptop service " a bad experience"

On February 25th i submitted my laptop to HP service center in Gurgaon near sector 14.Its been a month haven't got my issues resolved.and yet don't know when will the issues will get resolved .this caused me great problem, delayed me with my work and only i suffered because of the delay caused by HP.
