Printer is grantted period one year (28.08.2010 to 2011) but not replace by company

I have a HP officejet Pro 8500 all in one printer. It is buy a 28.08.2010. Grantted period is one year. Printer have heavy leackage for ink.

I have a complain 01.08.211 toll free number, provide me complain case ID 8052511998.

Company engineer Sh. Alock V. Verma (9839668116) check the printer and i tell your printer printhead is out of granty period 26.06. so i ask my printer in buy 28.08.2011 and i submit bill & challan. But Engineer say company is not accept grantee, so i am not replace your printer.
