I have purchased a hp pavallion dv series notebook on 06 sep For the purchase of the model there is a Free Promotional Offer HP Digital Music Receiver, on sending the claim documents. Eventhough I have send all the required documents along with DD of rs. 500 within the stipulated time, bt i have not received gift yet. i received a mail from ur side stating that.the address was not right... in reply to that i had already send mail for change of address..again i m mentioning the as under...
