HAVE'nt RECIEVED THE PROMOTIONAL GIF YET

Hi,

I had purchased a laptop on 11th jan and as per the promotions was supposed to get a free gift i.e. a LCD television of VIDEOCON 22". as per the conline rules

• Please allow 6 weeks time after receiving the required documents at HP Redemption Cell to process and send your gift "

My documents were submitted in personal on 28th jan . and its already toward the end of 9 weeks. I havent receive any notification from the redemption cell. I called so many times but they said they are processing and will send it soon but still nothing happened.

pls look into the matter and advice what should be done
