I have a laptop (hp pavilion dv5 1104ax) which i bought two years ago from COMPUTRONIX (mentioned above) which is an authorized dealer of HP.I had some problems with the LCD which used to flicker (display problem) frequently. I gave it for repairing on 17th of july. They said that there was a problem with the Display IC.I got it repaired from them by paying Rs.1200/- (BILL NO-196) on 30th of july, with a warranty of one month.

I again got the same problem after a couple of weeks and then i gave the laptop to them on 18th of august. This time they said that there was a problem with the LCD and CABLE.They said i was required to pay Rs 7200/- but because of the warranty, i was compensated and they charged Rs 6000/- (BILL NO-309) with a warranty of three months.

I got the same problem again and this time i gave them the laptop on 21st of september. They sent it to the company for repairing and assured me that i will get it within three days. Today is 7th of october, my laptop is still with them and they still deny having solved the problem.

I am being asked to wait for two more days each time i call them. When i asked them if i get the same problem again, i get an excuse from them that i can give it for repair again because i have a warranty each time after i repair. Giving a warranty doesn't mean i have it repaired again and again instead of getting solved at once.

I kindly request you to take some stringent action as soon as possible. I have all the bills issued by them in case you need them.
