HP Pavilion DV5
No service & Rude to the core

I have a HP Pavilion DV5, bought in march and exactly after a year it has given some problem while browsing the net, after restart there is nothing that happens, screen is blank, CAP's and NUM lock LED's blink.. after a big ordeal with the sales partner from where i bought this laptop, he gave me the toll free number for technical help and they gave me Simtech Computronics Pvt Ltd, Gala No 10, 11 Apple Plaza

The contact numbers that are mentioned cannot be easlily contacted... NO ONE ANSWERS and nce after trying for 26 days a lady picked up the phone and i asked her for Hp Laptop service engineer.. there comes a rude tone.. yelling on me .."YOU GET YOUR LPT TOP HERE" twice she repeated and won't even let me speak and there goes a BANG... call was disconnected

After that i am not able to contact SIMTECH... Indeed HP has WORLD CLASS Service which leaves their customers frustrated.
