HP Pavilion Laptop
Poor response from HP India

I purchased a laptop from dubai (HP Pavilion dv6). just after using it for 4 days i turned off the laptop and when i tried to restart the same it switched on for 2 secods and then went off. i called hp customer care they stated that this model has not been launched in india and they cannot replace the spare parts, they asked me to contact the parent country.

the laptop comes with international warranty as per HP website.they tried every trick possible but it did not help.
