Have not received the motorokr mobile phone as student offe

I have bought the hp pavilion dv4 1414tx laptop on 24/8

I chose an option to claim motorokr E8 as hp students offer.

I bought the laptop at Erode in Tamil nadu.they said that the product will be delivered with in a maximum of three month... but i haven't received the product so i made a complaint in the hp website..

i got a reply as"Claim has been approved against file no. 131576.

It will be dispatched at the same alternate address provided by you within 3-4 working days time."

but after 10 days i did't receive the product..

so i again made a complaint with the hp website with complaint identification number " CCHSAP250368 "

i got the same mail as "Gift will be dispatched against AWB no. 701466908 that we have received from overnite express. It will take 2 more days time to forward this consignment."

on 11/01 but still i haven't received the product...

i am not satisfied with the service...
