Black screen requir MotherBoard replacement

Dear All,

I purchased a Hp pavilion Notebook 4months back. Now i found one day my Laptop screen comes with a Black screen.i inquired with my friends and colleagues who has got HP laptops and i came to know that many of them are facing the same problem BLACK SCREEN.I contacted with the service center and they said my Motherboard need to be replaced. As my case was falling in warranty period so my Mother Board got replaced. I was lucky...

but not all are...

One of my friend was using the same kind of HP Pavilion Laptop which came across same issue at just end of his warranty and finally he has to pay 18k to repair his Laptop.

Its a shocking and cheating policy. I think HP is using a very low cadre MotherBoard from some Vendor and selling it. Therefor i would request you to be careful before purchasing HP Pavilion laptop.
