HP Pavilion Notebook dv4-1506tx
Non receipt of documents

I have deposited Rs. 6500 cash with M/s Simtech comtronics on 14/02 for 1year AMc of my HP Pavilion Notebook dv4-1506tx. also a receipt was issued to me.

It is a authorised service centre of HP.

I was promised that i would recieve a AMC kit from HP onm my email id.

till date no email has come either from HP or the autohrised service centre, even after one month.

The phone no given on the visiting card and receipt were found to be disfunctional.

Even the HP call centre refuses to attend to my complaints.

Kindly let me know how can I get my money back
