Battery serial number mismatch with product

I have battery issue. Its working only when i keep it in chargin mode.

After removing the charger, getting shutdown within 5 or 10 mins.

I contacted all these people of HP, but none couldnt help, saying that "Battery serial number doesnt match with product number and they cant do anything"

I suspect mismatch happened during shipment/sales department...

I dont manufacture batteries... i am bachelor staying alone in Bangalore.

I am ready for any inquiry...

latest complaint numbers are : 4612091595 and 4612089497

i shall wait one more day... else i have to think some alternative action...
