Missmatching of motherboard ct number

My laptop in the warranty and in the service center there is motherbord issu but they say the ct no. of motherboard is not matched so they doesnot repair my laptop. I don't understand why the ct number of my laptop is missmatched, because i give my laptop only otherised RT service center 2 or 3 times when some problems is comes in laptop. The present motherboard is also of HP company. I also complain in coustomer care but they does not give me any reply the complain no is 4618950311.I am in very tension from last 45 day regarding this issu. I don't understand what i do so plese solve this issu.
