It has been over 14 months after my purchase of Hp pavillon desktop and attaching Rs.999/= for now-or-never offer. I have not recieved 4288 all-in-one printer-copier-scanner under now-or-never scheme of February. The redemption related details (status: approved) are given below:

I have been pursuing (innumerable Telephone calls, E-mails) this matter since January.
