UPS Not working

Hycon india is very poor in atending consumer complaints. I am purchased one 500 VA ups. Till its warranty period it worked well. Some days later it stopped working. I sent it to company authorised repair centre for repair. they told that it is beyond repair and you have to purchase a new PCB board of the ups.

Then I given it to a local repairman who repaired it for rs 150/- stating that no problem in the board except the change over relay. and replaced the same.

It is very shameful to Hycon India as a manufacturer, they not able to solve the problem (or trying to push their new PCB on customers).
