Pen Drive not working properly

I bought a pen drive from ACHATES SYSTEMS situated at Panipat.

This pen drive doesn't work properly and doesn't stores data.

But when i told this to that shop keeper, he told that its working.

but it is not working. The pendrive costs me Rs. 500/-
