Estart computer automatically

Dear sir, i purchase a new brand computer from M/s. Impluse Marketing, U-5/6, Jeevandeep, Opp. J.K.Tower, Ring Road, Surat. After 8/9 months computer will shut down & restart automattically. I complain To Mr. Ladhubhai (Prop.) time to time. But they don"t response me. Plz advice me what can i do?
