I had purchased a laptop bag from Staples store in Vashi. It was a belkins bag costing 1700. After two days of usage the zip started having problems. I went back to the store and asked for a replacement. Ganesh, the manager was reluctant but asked me to take any other product. I then chose an I Ball Executive laptop bag for Rs. 1699. Now after 15 days of usage of the bag, the buckle for one of the straps has broken. I use the bag for carrying a 10" laptop. I went back to the store to get the same exchanged or repaired. I was flatly told that the same is not possible.
I do not understand how a buckle of a bag made to carry a 15.4" laptop break in 15 days and that too when used to carry a 10" mini laptop.
The manager Ganesh was very rude and did not offer any help or assistance.
I want to get my bag replaced or my money refunded.
