No Offer letter despite interview selection

IBM conducted interview at Noida in Sector 62 for SAP and told all of us that we have been selected and would be required to send the documents on mail. (everything including project and compensation was discussed) and the offer letter shall be rolled out in 15 days and it has been over 2 months now and all that they say is it is on hold and will take 15 more days.

It was only heard that HR practices of IBM are corrupt but now I had the privilege of seeing the same live.

I think all their interviews are fake and lot of guys have told me that 35-50k in pockets of HR guys at Noida and Gurgaon can do the trick.

Very shameful for a company celebrating 100 years of success when it has jeopardized our careers.

I promised myself that come whatever may I will never work for this pathetic company
