Product not deliverd

I have purched one monitor from www.iccworld.com on the day of 21-dec.

www.iccworld.com is suppose to buy this product from www.newegg.com which is online shopping site in USA.

I have paid arround 27000 Rs for the monitor. I got mail on the same date that the product is purchased from www.newegg.com and will be delived with in 10-15 days.

Today is 13-01 almost 23 days past.

On the day of 05-01 i was told the first order was cancaled and has been repurchased.

After few day when i inquired again i was told that the product was shipped by Bluedart and have been lost and they are looking into the matter.

Now whenerver i call or mail to www.iccworld.com about the matter they keep geving promises and ask to wait more and more.

I have purchased the monitor to do developing as working in Information Technology field.

I about to face loss of money without this hardware.

What shold I do?

Shold I go to consumer court? or Shold I wait?
